Our tailored programme provides nutrition tips and advice along with relevant material to help you achieve your goal.

 

 

The sessions are focused on assisting participants to improve their general wellbeing as well as specific goals. Although slimming is most clients main focus we also deal with other aspects of health realated nutrition, which makes this programme suitable for anyone looking to make that healthy change for whatever reason.

 

 

 

What the class offers

 

Prior to the group sessions every participant will receive a 1-2-1 induction where you will be taken through a screening process to ensure you are able to participate.

 

The group co-ordinator will then discuss your goals and provide you with your personalised plan, and all the materials to help you to achieve realistic results.

 

The programme then takes places weekly in local community centers for two hours.

 

We do not focus on success through weight loss as this is not a true indicator of good health. Also we feel targeting weight is misleading as your body weight is made up of serveral factors that you cannot control.

 

At our groups there is a weekly discussion where a set nutritional or exercise topic is delivered, we then look at any challenges individuals have faced and provide useful solutions we then review progress.

 

Your changes and improvements are monitored through proven methods used within the health and fitness industry.

 

The sessions are designed to be interactive throughout to enable the group to get the most out of the tips and advice available.

Following the session each week participants will receive material of some nature to take home to refer to as a quick reference guide to assist their journey.

 

As part of the weekly group sessions we offer 1-2-1 support. Which is provided via telephone by your programme co-ordinator should you require it.
