Exercise is vital to improving your physical fitness and reducing the risk of developing a whole host of diseases or managing them effectively should you suffer from any major issue, which includes obesity.
Alongside of and as well as our nutrition classes we are able to deliver a vast range of exercise classes to suit pretty much everyones tastes.
Exercise sessions are participant lead if there is something specific that people want, then that is what we do. Therefore there is no set workout element to our classes.
Some examples of our sessions are - Cardio Combat, Zumba Style Aerobics, Pilates and Kettlebells

If you prefer to not attend our nutritional sessions, you can choose to have a personal nutrition planner to track your progress. This option can be discussed with the class instructor.
